IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

 

Student answer (Band 4.0)

HR is asking in interview sometimes personal information, such as hobbies,do you married or unmarried and etc. sometime this questions is the best optins for interview because they introduce the lifestyle.

some people agree this questions and few disagree. Sometime I agree this query since there are the good queiz, the employer introduce his lifestyle, his character is better or bad and occasionally his hobbies are important than the work. For example my uncle apply for a job, when they go for intro the HR ask some personal qustions is "what's your hobbies?" and he ask " my best hobbie is playing cricket and I gain the troffie in district level ". The HR impress his and pass the interview

At time I'm not agree this queiz some people mentally disturb. For example my friend going in interview , the HR ask this question "you are married or single" my friend don't ask for this quiz because his wife is giving devoce
