Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Jasbir, I want to informed you regarding paper envolp, which I forgot in your hotel room number 102 at first floor, I was visited in your city for a meeting, I stayed there for two days, 25th to 27th of july. I was exit from your hotel approximately 10am. At That time I booked my Uber online and a staff member helped me to the luggage.

That papers are very important to me and my company because that is a signed deal with client. That is the road agreement which will e done by our company. Every time I booked your hotel when I was visited your city. I am a regular customer of your hotel.

Here I'm requesting you to send me the papers via courier as soon as posible. I'm sending my address. please do the need full at the earliest.
