Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing today to bring important concern to your attention to provide assistance with helping me to find missing papers.

Last week, I stayed at your hotel because of the business trip. I checked out yesterday afternoon and went to my hometown. Then today when I went at my workplace I immediately realize that I forget to take an important documents from my hotel room. Initially, I stressed out a bit but then quickly I searched contact details of your hotel and I am writing this email.

I keept that documents In a drawer of the closets which has safety lock and required a key to open so I put those papers inside that. It is very important to me because it is my new project and among 5 employers my project get selected and all the final details are in that file but unfortunately I forgot that in hotel. Fortunately, I found your helpline email address and my close friend live nearby area so It would be great if you take my file from the drawer and contact me back once you found out. Then I will tell my friend to take that documents and he will mail it to me.

Your assistance in this mater would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hearing back from you.
