Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 7.0)

Dear Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I had a reservation under the name of Bhoutik Gohil from 24th June 2026 to 28th June 2026 for room no. 406. It was a pleasure staying in such a beautiful and well-maintained hotel.

Moreover, I am writing to inform you regarding some missing important documents which I believe, I forget at the hotel in room no. 406 beside the side table during my stay. Those are really an important documents which also includes my old passport and international health insurance document which I need it urgently.

Additionally, I have my flight in next three hour and I won't be able to do security without my old passport. Also, I don't have enough time to get to hotel and come back to airport as the hotel is 2 hour far from the airport.

However, I would like to request you if you could please come to the airport along with required document. I assure you that I will bare all travelling charges and write a review about how best customer service ever provided.

Please let me know your response as soon as possible, So that I can plan further accordingly.
