Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The letter covers all three bullet points: the location of the papers, their importance, and the requested action. However, the response is significantly under the 150-word minimum, which limits the development of ideas. The explanation of why the documents are important is somewhat repetitive and lacks detail. To improve, you should expand on the specific nature of the documents and provide more context regarding the interview to ensure the letter is sufficiently developed and meets the length requirement.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized, with a clear opening and closing. However, the paragraphing is insufficient; the entire body of the letter is presented as one block of text. Using clear paragraph breaks for each point would improve the structure. Cohesive devices are used, but they are quite basic (e.g., 'Actually', 'I hope'). The flow between sentences is sometimes disjointed, particularly in the second paragraph where the transition between the importance of the documents and the request to the manager could be smoother.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. There are several spelling errors, such as 'appericiate' and 'i' (which should be capitalized). Phrases like 'doing great' and 'that would me great' are informal and repetitive. To achieve a higher band, you should aim for a wider range of vocabulary related to professional correspondence and ensure that your spelling is accurate. Using more precise terms for 'important papers' or 'check with your staff' would enhance the quality of your writing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The letter contains a mix of simple and complex sentences, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'that are mostly education certificates'), missing articles, and incorrect pronoun usage. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the capitalization of 'I'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to affect the overall clarity of the message. Focusing on basic sentence structure and proofreading for capitalization and subject-verb agreement will help improve your score.
