Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well, I am linda who stays in your hotel last week.

I am staying in room number, 777 for a one week. As it was my vacation trip and I had interview in this city as I am from New York.

So at that time I had my several important papers with me. But unfortunately after my interview me and my friends had some trip. However, after the trip I was about to leave but due to getting late for my flight I was forget about my very important paper file.

Moreover, that paper is very valuable to me it is for my college enterance paper. And I need that paper next week as my classes is about to start.

I would like you to check my room it is may be right side of the bed drawer or inside the cupboard.
