Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring your attention about a documents I left by mistake in your hotel. Actually, I stayed in you hotel (Room No: C105) for four days from Monday to Thursday last week as I came to attend business conference. I was in rush while checking out, and I realized I forgot my important documents related to my business in the brown cabinet, which is placed in the bedroom.

I could not work without these information as these are very sensitive papers, and it has all the information regarding our clients and vendors, so I would appreciate if you could collect it and put it somewhere in the safe place until I manage to comeback or send someone to receive it.

Please confirm when you find the documents from the room. I apologies for the inconvenience. I appreciate for taking care of it.
