Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear sir or madam,

I am writing with regards to inquire about my document file which I left at your venue during my stay from 31July to 2August.

Firstly ,I would like to inform you that ,I was in rush because had to report on my office .Consequently, I was entirely forget to keep my file into my luggage. Moreover, I am sure my file is on the desk just behind the television panel or inside the cupboard.

Furthermore, this file is indispensable for me because I have prepared comprehensive handover file for my colleague .Additionally, this files contains my original documents which is highly crucial for my upcoming sessions.

To rectify this issue, I would highly appreciate if you could ask to your housekeeping staff to find out my file . Please let me know when you find it and keep it in secure place until I manage to collect them .I trust you will handle this matter with urgency it requires.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance .
