Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to inform you to regarding that I have forgotten some important documents in your hotel yesterday. I would like if you will receive it from the room where I stayed.

I will share some details where and when I stayed in your hotel. On 20th July, I confirmed my room at 3rd floor, room no.301, Booked name is Richard Poll. After conference, when i came in room at 9 pm, I put all folders of my company in the table which is nearby TV cabin and due to hurry, escaped they all documents there.

In the view of documents important is that my company runs reputedly in the recent market, and already made excellent good cap both of that in financial sector as well as in fully reputed shares. So, Some project where i attended with our client at your hotels conference area and after that i put that important documents in my room and all forget in room no.301.

Furthermore, I would like to request you to immediate see and received that all documents from the table which is nearby TV cabin in room no.301. Also, request to you, if you send me that all documents, it would be best for me and would be supportive for me.

I look forward your prompt response and hope you will definetaly send all that documents soon.
