I hope this email finds you well.

I'm writing this email regarding the crucial paper of mine. I stayed in room 1004 and during my stay I was working on important project. In the room, there was a study table right besides the washroom. I was working whole night and slept on the couch. Next morning I was in rush and forgot to put papers on my bag. I believe papers were being left on the study table.

The papers are very important because it has some delicate information regarding the project I am working. Those are related to financial documentation of our company's quartely budget.

I would greatly appreciate if the document would be mail out at my company's address. This way I would not lose data and securely be received. So I can start working on the task again before the financial year ends.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
