IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Manager,

I hope you are doing great. Firstly, I apologies for inconvenience. Actually I want to inform you that I have missed my some crucial documents in my hotel room.

To make a clear vision for you to find my documents, I am sharing the location where exactly the documents could be. As well as, please check the table which is next to the bed on right side. Actually, I was working on them last night and after that, I forgot to put them in my bag.

The documents are extremely important for me because they are my work documents and without them I cannot present my project proposal at my office which is an important event for me to achieve a reputative status in our company along with, getting success in my life.

I will appreciate if you can pickup my documents from my room and keep them therefore I can collect them from you.

I will wait for your reply and appreciate your time that you invest to read my letter and helping me.
