Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

Dear Sir,

I am writing with regard to inform you about an important document that I forgot to bring with while leaving your hotel room no.23 booked with name of Ashok Mehra on yesterday morning. I remember, I put this document file on the table which is just near the front gate.

I reserved this room for a single night as I visited this city regarding my interview for new job. Therefore, I brought all of my papers like degree certificate, training records even my passport was there in that folder. I cannot be able to continue my joining for this post in the absence of these papers.

I would like to request you please confirm with your staff who are going after in this room for cleaning I think that person might knowns about this file. Could you also make notice to every employee about this item so would be able get it back soon.

I will appreciate for your time and efforts for this.
