Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to seek you help regarding the documents which I forgot yesterday at your hotel.

Yesterday our company organize the production meeting at your hotel. After the meeting I was in rush and unfortunately, I forgot my document folder in the meeting hall. When I realized, I missed my document folder I got in dilemma.

The document folder was very important for me because it contains several important documents which includes a dairy, an important company documents and a calculator. The documents contains a confidential information of the company which is very crucial.

I would appreciate if you could request your lost and found department to help me finding the lost items. It would be great if you can provide thier contact details so I can directly reach out to them. Moreover, if you would able to find please send it to my given address.

I would appreciate your time and consideration to this matter. I look forward to your response.
