Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear sir,

I am writing this letter regarding an important paper which I left at your hotel yesterday. My company had organized an event at your hotel's seminar hall. I mistakenly left my important paper on the table near the stage of seminar hall.

The paper are really important for me. As It consists major details and agreement about my upcoming project with the international company. It is a special project for me, as it's my first internation project with Canada's largest telecommunication company. In my next meeting, it is necessary for me to carry this document for further work related-procedures. If I do not have this papers I may lose the opportunity to

work on international project.

I would really appreciate it if you could collect this papers and keep it safe for me. I well come and collect it by tomorrow evening.
