Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about the important documents which I forgot at your hotel.

Do you remember the meeting that held in your conference room of the XYZ company? I was one of the participants of that program. Unfortunately, when I reached home I did not able find the file which contains the essential documents. During the break, I kept that in the side table which was situated nearer to the east side of the exit door.

Those documents are very important because it has the final draft of the assignment of our project. Moreover, it contains my employee card, driving license and my personal items. The color of the file is red, and that also have some cash in it.

Could you please suggest me the procedures for getting back the documents that I lost at your hotel? In addition, if you found that file, how will I get informed? I will come in-person to collect those documents since that contains an vital information.
