Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Manager,

I am writing to inqiure about my papers that i accidentally left in your hotel during my last visit on 20th August in the evening conference.

We boofed your soundale hall in Scarborough location. where we organized our conference with our forign investors. The hall number was DS1604. During my visit I was sitting on the cover behind the horse painting. I vividly remember mat my paper was with me. While seeing of our guest, i was in the rush because of urgent call and had left the hall without collecting my papers.

Furthermore, they are essential documents which contain information about my presentation and facts about our new launched. I have to give my presentation next week for submission.

I really appreciate if you follow up with your coordinators and staff about if they found any papers on that day after we had finished. If you find any clue do not hesitate to contact me.
