Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Ramandeep Kaur the person who had a meeting yesterday in your hotel and writing this letter to inform you about my papers that I had left in your hotel.

I remember I had meeting in your conference room. While, doing the meeting with my company manager, I did keep my documents in the room 201 which was a rest room for all of us. I think so I did leave them there by mistakenly before going to the meeting.

The main reason why I am so concerned because all those documents are extremely crucial for my promotion to higher department in my company. I having been gathering them from a long time.

I would be so thankful if you could just keep those documents with yourself in some safe place or in your locker. I will come day after tomorrow to collect them from you.

I would appreciate your help.
