Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request the collection of my important documents, which I forgot in your hotel room number 32, which I booked for my last day of stay for my vacation.

Actually, I was resting in the hotel room. I suddenly got a call from my company manager to attend an important meeting related to office work. I was in a rush. I tried to pack everything, but when I reached my office location to attend the meeting, I realized that I forgot the presentation documents in the hotel, which I had to submit at the meeting. My manager gave my deadline to submit those documents.

I would really appreciate it if you could collect my documents and keep them in your office. I will collect them by tomorrow or today.

Looking forward to your response.
