Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the stuff that i left at your hotel.

I booked your hotel during my spain trip . My room was 305 which is located on the second floor of your hotel. Unfortunately, I left my important papers on the table in the kitchen. Actually, i was in hurry since my flight was early.

The papers are very important for me because it includes my degree certificate, papers realted to my job and passport photocopy. These documents contain my all personal information. I need my degree certificate to apply for the further studies and i have meeting with my boss on the 5th may so i need that paers very urgently.

I would really appreciate it if you could either send me these papers by canada post or one of my friend will pick it up from you.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.
