Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding papers that I forgot at your hotel.

To begin with, I came yesterday at 10:30 and booked room 303 for one day. When i was about to check out, I left those papers on the table, which is right in the corner.

Furthermore, It is really crucial for me because this papers are company related documents, which needed to be display in the evening meeting for the international clients about new product. My boss had handed over me, because he trust me, and I forgot there.

Finally, I am now at the place from where I cannot be able to come to pick it up, as I have meeting in the evening. It will be time consuming to receive , and attend meeting without preparation. I would be really grateful if you could make arrangements to send these documents via courier on my given address 130st seymour road, new west.

I would really appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to receiving your response.
