Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to seek your assistance in finding the papers which I forgot in your hotel.

On August 15, around 2 O clock afternoon I had a meeting followed by a lunch with my important clients. So, I reserved A corner table for us and after 30 minutes of meeting , we ordered food . We left the hotel and I forgot to bring my files and after reaching home I noticed I missed some important documents but that is your hotel's closing time so I was not able to collect the documents.

These papers are very important for me because It has my ID and the other deal documents which we signed on that day.

I formally request you to please find those papers and if you can you should check the CCTV cameras and ask your staff if they saw those papers anywhere.
