Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you to keep my papers securely which I left at your hotel.

As I remembered, I left it on my dinning table. While we were enjoying the dinner that time I put it on the top of the table to enjoy my meal. After that, I completely forgot to take it with me.

These papers are essential for my company. It contains all the relevant details for our upcoming company's project. It is the foundation for our assignment. If you will be not able to locate it then we need to start from the base again and it will significantly delay our process.

I want to request you that if you can check and try to find my papers. If you succeed in the attempt, please put it in the secure place. Also, ask your staff if they find somewhere. Please let me know if you are able to locate them. I will pick it up as soon as possible.
