IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well in your life. I'm writing this letter to inform you that I have left some important documents in your hotel.

Yesterday I had a meeting with some business men regarding the expansion of the company. After wrapping up the meeting, I left the paper in the conference room of the second floor. I kept those papers near the white board or they might be in the drawer of the almirah.

Additionally these documents are very important as it have lot of information regarding the company. There are some MOM (minutes of meeting) and the planning for future and how we are going to follow the hierarchy in company. All these information are very confidential and I want help from you that kindly save those papers for me so that no one else can see. My driver Shyam Sundar will come at your hotel and pick all the papers from your reception area.
