Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I forgot a blue Lacoste bag in your hotel recently.

I spend 3 days and 2 nights in room 123 at hotel Lozano. I checked out on September 15. After my arrival in my home I realized that I forgot the bag at your hotel. I think I put it in the black cabinet beside the bed. Inside that bag was very important to me because it has different documents such as Passport, Transcript of Record and different government ID's. That paper / document was my requirements on my application going to other country. My employer asking me where are my requirements.

I would appreciate it if you could settle this matter urgently. If you have any further updates or question, dont hesitate to contact me in this number [redacted phone]. Thank you for your kind consideration.
