Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are well. We stayed at your hotel for 2 days, and our reservation was under my name, 'Asmeetkaur'. We stayed in room number 201. I want some help from you. I think I left my work permit documents in the same room. I remember I kept my documents in the table's drawer that was kept next to bed.

I have to file an application for PR of Canada and so I need my work permit document. It is very important because if I don't have this document, I cannot work in Canada and will also be unable to file for PR.

It is my kind request that you please check the same room drawer and also ask the help desk staff whether another customer handed them my document or if the housekeeping staff might have found it. If you find my document please call me on my cell phone at [redacted phone]. I will be waiting for your response soon.
