Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention that I left my personal documents in your hotel during my recent stay.

To begin with, I stayed in your hotel for two days, from 21st to 23rd August. The main reason behind this stay was to attend a business conference. I believe I kept my documents in the wardrobe exactly next to the bed, when I went to attend the conference. While checking out, I was on a rush to catch my flight and I was unable to remember that I left my papers in the wardrobe.

These documents are extremely essential because it could reveal my personal and sensitive information. Provided that, these documents could lead to cyber attacks especially social engineering, If an attacker gets hold of it.

As a result, I would request that you help me in finding these documents. I would be grateful if you could send the housekeeping department as early as possible to check the documents. In addition to that, please check the security cameras to ensure that the documents are not forged. Finally, I kindly request that you send these documents by courier.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and I lokk forward to your response,
