Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding a missing papers that I might left at your hotel.

Recently, I was a gust at your hotel on the 25th of April. I was accommodated in room five in the second floor.

Moreover, I believe when I was preparing my self to exit the room, I must have left some important papers for my company in the side table next to my bed.

Additionally, these papers are significantly crucial for my establishment, which are for a new project, and it contains several important financial information.

Therefore, I would appreaciate it if you could assist me collect the papers, you could ask one of the staff members to check to room, and bring them to the reception area so I can collect them later.
