Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Student answer (Band 6.0)

hope you are doing well.

i am writing this letter for asking help your side as day before yesterday i was preparing notes for my physics presentation in the break room which is located in the basement. unfortunately, i left my paper their as i was in hurry to take my ride from one of my colleague.

I left my paper on 2nd table as i was sitting their in my whole break time as next weak I am going to present my presentation which I noted on my paper for further steps. If I didn't get it on time there gonna be a big problem for me and I will loose my grades in physics.

I am requesting to you because you know my handwriting so kindly pick that paper and can you give that note to Ansh who is working in your department as she is living next to my house. I will get from her tomorrow.
