IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Dear Sir,

Good Evening. I hope you are doing well. I want to let you know that I left the papers at the front desk of the office. This is about my job-related because i have an opportunity to part an important project . I try to prepare some notes about that, and there are some ideas related to this project.

So just review this paper and if there is some changes needed let me know and also suggest me how i make it more productive and which part of this i need to think or make change . Because if you help me in this maybe i fulfill these projects' requirements and achieved desire results this is not only my achievement our company also get more opportunities and growth.

I look forward to hearing from you soon .as well as work on that part which you suggest me replying .
