Hi Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to my concern. My name is Kareena kapoor, I stayed in your hotel last week for 3 days and 2 nights with my 2 business partners. Booking was done from 01/09/2026 till 03/09/2026. At the day of check-out we were attending the meeting due to which I forgot my important documents in the room.

It is special power of attorney documents, which includes 3 pages, main page is of pink in color and rest are in plain paper. Document is in the name of Mr. Shahrukh Khan where he is authorizing the responsibilities to Miss. Sana shaikh. I need to submit this document in the court on earliest as he is shifting with his family abroad next week. All the formalities needs to be done on earliest. Can you please check room no. 402.

It would be great if you post me the documents once it is found, I will bear all the expenses for the courier service. You can contact me on [redacted phone]. Kindly find the address where you can send the legal papers.
