Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to formally request your support regarding lost project papers at your hotel.

I stayed in room 118 at your hotel on September 9, 2026, and checked out the next day. While my experience with your hotel was pleasing, during checkout I missed to pack papers related to a personal project I am developing. If my memory serves me right, they must be in the cup-board on the right side of the bed.

I have an upcoming board meeting towards the end of this month and those documents play a significant role in my presentation. I have spent last six months working on this project and that file has all the key details about the progress my team has made during this program. Furthermore, this presentation will decide the future of my team

I would appreciate if you can collect them from hotel room and schedule a courier-delivery before September 24. I will cover the expenses related to this delivery.
