Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you I visited your esteemed hotel recently, and unfortunately, I forgot my driving license and passport in your hotel.

I believe I forget them in the room 203, which I booked for my stay for 4 nights. Actually, I placed my all documents on the dressing table in the room, and when I had to check-out, I left that papers there, which made me now feel disappointed and frustrating.

They are quite significant for me because they hold my identification, and moreover, I can not drive in a city without physical driving license. Therefore, it would create an issue while commuting to anywhere, and it is quite challenging to visit abroad without passport. It leads to distrupt my work and provide unconditional stress.

I would appreciate if you could ask your hospitality staff who works on that floor, and if they found that documents, please send me as soon as possible on my given address, which is mentioned on my driving license. I can pay for the delivery charges, and give a review for excellent staff service.
