Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

Dear sir,

I am writing a letter to telling about my papers.

I forget my important papers in your Hotel.

I was stay in last week in your hotel when I left on monday. i am regulary come in your hotel because you have a good staff and great management.There is a papers with me wen i come out from my rrom. I think I put that papers on reception table,suddenly I have call from my family and I just left. They are much important for me. It is related to my office work and I cannot make them ready again. If I loose that I will loose my job.I hope you can do it to save my job. You can send it to me or I can collect it from there.Keep it safe that papers I will come in this saturday in your hotel and collect that papers. I hope it was helpful for my job.
