Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I left my crucial papers at your hotel Taj in Ludhiana branch.I stayed in room number 247 on 6th floor and I left my room at 6.00 clock in the evening time.Apart from this, these papers were significant for me as I was preparing this assignment for my final exam. I burnt my midnight fuel to collect the ideas for the assignment.

Moreover,I just want to request you that could you please give a quick check in the room,if my paper are there or not.In addition, I am sure I forgot the papers in the night stand ,in second drawer.

Eventually,I just want to say either could you give me permission to check or you might check until if somebody through them out by thinking unwanted.I need those papers as soon as possible because I want to submit them before deadline ,otherwise I have to make it again in one day as it is not possible for me. At the end, I will say please help me in this situation.
