Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have successfully covered all three bullet points required in the task instructions. You mentioned where you left the papers ('forgotten my bag there... placed that bag in the sidetable locker'), explained why they are important ('containg my important property documents... Infact these documents were my reason for travel'), and told the manager what you want them to do ('requuest you to kindly check that locker'). However, the tone is slightly confused at the beginning, as you state you want to 'register a complaint,' whereas this is actually a request to find a lost item. Despite this minor misjudgement in purpose, all core parts of the task are addressed adequately. Your ideas are relevant and communicate your message clearly to the reader.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

Your letter has a coherent overall arrangement, but the paragraphing needs significant improvement. The entire body of the letter is written as a single block of text rather than being divided into logical paragraphs. Paragraphing is essential in IELTS to separate different parts of the message, such as the context of the stay, the description of the missing item, and the call to action. On a positive note, you use some cohesive devices and referencing pronouns like 'it', 'these', and 'that' to connect your ideas. To achieve a higher band score, ensure you separate your ideas into distinct paragraphs and use a wider variety of cohesive links to guide the reader smoothly through your letter.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using words like 'document', 'luggage', 'property', and 'unpacking'. However, there are several lexical errors and inappropriate word choices. For instance, you wrote 'I enjoyment my trip' instead of 'I enjoyed my trip', and 'arrival to home' instead of 'arrival home' or 'arriving home'. You also misspelt 'containg' as 'containing' and 'sidetable' as two separate words. While these errors do not impede communication, they reflect a Band 6 level where vocabulary control is inconsistent. Using more precise vocabulary and paying closer attention to word forms and spelling will help elevate your score in this criterion.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

Your grammar shows a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as 'Although it was a good experience and I enjoyment my trip' and 'Upon arrival to home when I was unpacking my luggage, one of my bag was missing.' However, there are noticeable grammatical errors and punctuation issues throughout the text. You have run-on sentences and punctuation slips, such as 'I hope you are doing good. The purpose...' missing a space after the full stop. You also made a subject-verb agreement error with 'one of my bag was missing' (bags). Additionally, 'As far as I remembered' should be present tense ('As far as I remember'). These frequent minor errors place your grammar firmly in the Band 5.5 to 6.0 range, as they occur regularly but do not completely obscure your meaning.
