Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter about my lost documents in your hotel .On 25th of the august , i stayed in your hotel for a night . I put all of my things on side table and keep my important documents in bed's droor. My room number is 37 on 2nd floor.Next morning when i came back to my house , i thought my evidences are left there. I was really worried from yesterday.

Those papers are very crucial for me as due to there has been Aadhar card, Passport and Pan card. Especially , my bank copy is all with those documents . You can understand how important the documents for me .

You should help me as soon as possible . Firstly , pick my papers from the room and tell me on call that the papers are not missing . My phone number is [redacted phone].Nextly , give it to near amritsar bus stand because it would be complicated for me to visit to your hotel as to to distance .
