IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important
• tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you, I left my important papers in your hotel during my recent stay. My room was on the forth floor and the room number was 403. When I was in hurry during the checkout process at the same time my train was cancelled due to heavy rain. Therefore, I booked a cab which was came early than expected time that is the reason I forgot it collect from the table.

Those documents that I used for my visa process was sent by my husband who is living in the United states of America. I came there in Berlin for the visa appointment and maybe they will ask for it later for any query. So, I will have to keep all the papers with me until I get the visa.

I would like to request you to collect all the documents from my room and keep it safe? I will come there tomorrow and will collect from you. Is it feasible for you?
