Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear Sir,

I am writing this email about the item i left in your hotel during my stay at your hotel North star last week on Monday , September 18th . Actually , i remember i was having paper with me till the time of checking out but i might have forget it reception table while paying and handing over keys .

The file is of red colour carrying all the documents which i need at my workplace for a presentation for annual closeout . That file contains all the necessary details and data summary which i need for that presentation .

It would be really helpful if you could check that file at your reception i can share a exact details with you regarding a time of my checkout . I will share all the adress and expenses of the courier to my location . if you got that file kindly share with me please i would really appericiate your efforts.
