Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

• say where you think you left the papers
• explain why they are so important

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter regarding some important documents that I forgot in your hotel.

I was returning from my business trip two days ago and stayed at your hotel in room number 214. I had some important documents with me like my passport, business plans and others. I kept the documents on the bedside table which is on right side. They are very important for me because I am going to another country next week with all my documents. This morning, I was on a call while I was packing all my stuff and left the hotel in hurry without even realizing about papers. When I reached home, I realized that I forgot my papers.

I am requesting to you to ask about papers from cleaning department, if they have found it and keep it in a safer place until I arranged something to get them.
