Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to ask your help in locationg some important papers that i believe i forgot in your hotel during my last visit.

I stayed at your hotel from September 18, 2026 to September 23, 2026 in room no. 53. I think i left my important document on the small desk of that room while i was packing my belongings before checking out. They are in a blue folder, which i think i left on desk or in drawer of the table.

These documents are extremely important for me because they contain my several original IDs, educational and employment documents. In particular, they include cpoies of my employment letters, my school and college leaving certificates and marksheets, aadhar cards and PAN cards which i need to submit in my application for visitor visa.

I would be very grateful if you could ask housekeeping staff to check the room and the hotel's lost and found department. If the folder has been found, please contacct me as sson as possible. Let me know how i can arrange to collect it.
