Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report an incident and request for youe help to slove the issue regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

Last week, On sunday Me and my family were staying at your hotel. Unfortunately, my wife left some important documents which are related to her company. She is confident that the papers were left in the bed side drawer.

However, she has a conference to attend on the upcoming month regarding those files. As a result, those reports were so important to carry with her to the meeting.

I would appreciate it if you could mail the documents to the address mentioned below. Furthermore, I have included some money in this letter for you to bare the service charges for posting the documents as well.
