Student answer (Band 6.5)
Many individual argues that most time of students and graduates are spends on learning facts rather than prioritizing practical skills. I totally agree with the statements, the practical knowledge must also be prioritize not only the facts as in today's generation both practical's and facts are valuable.
The primary reason for this statement is the employers who are seeking employees at young age with over 4-5 years of experience. For example, an employers is looking for an employee for particular job which required facts along with practical job experience also should be young enough. If the schools or university starts providing practical or internship during their education period, then they can have good opportunity once they are graduated.
Another reason for learning practical skill will also help folks to get more confident with their job duties and would overcome anxiety for them. Also, employer doesn't need to invest more time as the candidate is already well trained in his filed and can stat shinning from the day one at his or her work place.
Lastly, if students has the practical knowledge along with the facts during their schools or university then can also start-up their own business or entrepreneurship once they have accomplished their degrees. For instances, if the graduate wants to start an business he can start immediately and doesn't need to wait as he has the knowledge he requires to start.
In conclusion, I would totally agree that with the statement and it needs to be changed for the betterment for the students and graduates carreers.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. The ideas are relevant, focusing on employability, confidence, and entrepreneurship. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the argument regarding employers seeking young people with experience is a bit contradictory and could be explained more clearly. While the main points are present, they lack depth and specific, well-integrated examples to fully support the claims. The conclusion is brief but restates the position effectively. To reach a higher band, you should aim to expand on your reasoning with more detailed explanations and concrete, real-world examples.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. There is a basic progression of ideas from one paragraph to the next. You use some cohesive devices such as 'The primary reason', 'Another reason', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the transition between the discussion of employers and the benefits for students. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the overall flow and coherence of the essay.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'entrepreneurship', 'internship', and 'job duties'. However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'Many individual argues', 'stat shinning', and 'practical's'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit the precision of your writing. To improve, focus on using words in their correct grammatical form and expanding your range of collocations to sound more natural and sophisticated in an academic context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, they often contain grammatical errors, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('Many individual argues', 'students has') and incorrect verb forms ('are spends', 'can stat shinning'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are some errors in sentence construction that affect the clarity of your arguments. The frequency of these errors is noticeable, though they rarely prevent the reader from understanding your main points. To achieve a higher score, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and ensuring consistent verb tense usage throughout your writing.
