Student answer (Band 6.5)
It is undeniable that education plays a vital role in individuals life for getting success in life. For this theoretical and practical education both are equally important. But some people that all universities and schools are promoting reading more than practical sessions. However, I am partially agree with this and will explain my points of view in the following paragraphs.
On one hand, learning important facts are essential for good knowledge. Otherwise there is no meaning of doing practice, If a person do not have knowledge about a particular thing. For example, a medical student should have knowledge about a human body and its functions. After that student can things safely with the real patient. Apart from this, it is easy for student to adapt the skills quickly, if all facts in their minds. Therefore, having good theoratical knowledge is much important for doing better in practical session.
On other hand, It is also true that practice make the person expert in all fields. In the practical session, students face all things like how to communicate with others, how to react in difficult situations, improve their ability and they work on their speed too. For instance- a PSW can get the knowledge that how to give a full and half bed bath to resident, what they should do and other all things. But they can improve their muscle health when they actually help them, reposition them and feed them as well. So this difference is in every field, no body can be perfect with just learning or practice, both are equally needed.
In conclusion, there should be a balance of practical and reading sessions at education level from primary school to universities. Because spending time to read a book give the knowledge to students and practical skills help them to improve their ability and undersatnding for getting expert in the particular field.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. You clearly state your position in the introduction, although the phrasing 'I am partially agree' is grammatically incorrect. The ideas are relevant, such as the medical student example, but some points are slightly under-developed. For instance, the argument regarding the PSW (Personal Support Worker) is a good specific example, but the connection back to the broader educational context could be more explicitly linked to the prompt's focus on 'all levels of education'. Overall, the response covers the requirements well.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. You use transition signals such as 'On one hand', 'On other hand', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader. However, some cohesive devices are used mechanically or are slightly inaccurate, such as 'Apart from this' or the repetitive use of 'all things'. The referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words to connect ideas more fluidly rather than relying on simple transitions.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using topic-specific terms like 'theoretical knowledge', 'practical sessions', and 'reposition'. However, there are some word choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'getting success in life' instead of 'achieving success' and 'no meaning of doing practice' instead of 'little value in practice'. While the vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning, it lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band score. Spelling is generally accurate, though 'theoratical' and 'undersatnding' are noted errors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'I am partially agree' (should be 'I partially agree'), 'If a person do not have' (should be 'does not'), and 'practice make the person expert' (should be 'makes'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are some issues with comma usage and sentence fragments. While these errors do not impede overall communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score.
