Student answer (Band 5.0)
Most of education institutions are providing more theory based study than practical skills, according to some individuals perspective. While education is based on therotical concept on some extent, I believe there are equal opportunities available for gaining hands on experience.
Firstly, most of institutions includes replacments in the courses where students will go to different companies and work places to learn skills with more clearity. For Example, there are serveral area where practical skills are important like Nursing, personal support workers, computer programming as well as engineering's and primary school to universities arrange practical section for these.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response attempts to address the prompt by discussing whether education spends too much time on facts rather than practical skills, but the development is severely limited due to the extremely short length. The official length requirement is a minimum of 250 words, whereas this response contains only 97 words. Consequently, the ideas are underdeveloped and the position is only partially articulated, leading to a penalty under Task Achievement for under-length. To achieve a higher band score, the writer must fully extend their arguments and meet the word count requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The text is divided into two short paragraphs, attempting an introduction and a body paragraph with some basic transitional devices such as 'Firstly' and 'For Example'. However, due to the very limited text length, logical progression across a full essay structure is missing. Paragraphing is attempted, but overall cohesion is somewhat mechanical and underdeveloped. Referencing and conjunctions are basic, fitting a lower-intermediate level of textual organization.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is generally basic and repetitive, with several spelling and word-choice errors, such as 'therotical' instead of 'theoretical', 'replacments' instead of 'placements', and 'clearity' instead of 'clarity'. The student attempts some less common vocabulary items like 'educational institutions' and 'computer programming', but the noticeable errors in spelling and collocation restrict the lexical score to this level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as in the sentence starting with 'While education is based on...'. However, there are frequent grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, including 'Most of education institutions are providing' and 'there are serveral area where practical skills are important like Nursing... and engineering's'. These errors and punctuation issues slightly strain the reader, though meaning remains partially clear.
