Student answer (Band 4.5)

In this esay we will talk about education levels .which is a big issue in our society.

The level of primary level school , study is not propery .We have many holidays like summer holidays are for 3 months and this time mostly children and playing detail games , some visits to their sister, some outing planes and some family has invest their time free time like holidays they starts a course for children like computer courses , skill learning , luaguage learning .Holidays types christmas holidays , easter holidays , eid ul azha holidays , eid ul fitr holidays , and winter holidays In shools and universities have much holidays and study time is to short i think hard they learn something in instituite . Then have agranage progams like color day , one dish party , annual party , teachesr day and semminars.

In schools i do not think they learn enough things like according to real life practical skills in during study they do not have any learning skills like computer courses , IT ,medical information , cooking , stitching , saloon , hair dresser and chef e.t.c .

Now in the finla statment is i am agree the schools and universties . they are give any skill of practical life in real .There we need study with skillsnot just becuse its not helpful in our practical life . They are too many holidays and study too short. Therefore , adopting the approach appear both pragmetic and beneficial in the long term .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You take a position that schools and universities should provide practical skills, and you give relevant examples such as computer courses, cooking, and medical information. However, the response only partly answers the question: it focuses heavily on holidays, school events, and limited study time rather than explaining whether too much time is spent learning facts. The position is also difficult to follow because you first say practical skills are not taught, then conclude that institutions “are give any skill” of practical life. Develop two clear reasons that directly compare factual learning with practical learning, and support each with a specific example. A consistent, explicit position would make your response more complete and persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic attempt to organise the response, moving from primary schools to schools generally and then to a final statement. Some examples are grouped together, including the list of practical subjects. However, ideas are not arranged coherently enough: the long opening paragraph combines holidays, family activities, courses, school events, and study time without showing how each supports your argument. The conclusion also introduces a claim that conflicts with the preceding paragraph. Use separate paragraphs for your position, each main reason, and the conclusion. Add clear links such as “This means that…” or “By contrast…” and ensure each paragraph develops one central point.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You attempt vocabulary relevant to education and practical learning, including “computer courses,” “practical skills,” “seminars,” and “beneficial in the long term.” These choices show awareness of the topic, but much of the wording is basic or repetitive, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors make some phrases difficult to understand, such as “playing detail games,” “outing planes,” and “agranage progams.” Some expressions are also unnatural, including “study time is to short” and “skill of practical life in real.” Build a more accurate range of topic vocabulary and check spelling carefully. Prefer precise phrases such as “hands-on training” and “academic knowledge,” and use them in clear, natural sentences.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts both simple statements and longer sentences, but sentence structures are very limited and errors occur throughout, sometimes obscuring the intended meaning. For example, “The level of primary level school, study is not propery” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “they are give any skill” has an incorrect verb form. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “In shools and universities have much holidays and study time is to short.” Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then join related ideas with conjunctions. Check verb forms and agreement, and use full stops to break up long strings of ideas.
