IELTS Writing Task 1 question

Write a letter to the local council. In your letter

• give details of how you and your friends or family use the centre
• explain why the sports and leisure centre is important for the local community
• describe the possible effects on local people if the centre closes

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am the local resident of Gandhi Gram Colony which is near the sports complex . I want to describe how much people love this sport complex not the children as well as elders also .as you know summer vacation are starts now so the children wants to play outside due to the wheather parents does not allowed to play outside .

In this case children wants to play and enjoys their vacations .in this sports complex is not a ground it is a multi purpose ground .where some aged person walk with family and friends . people used this place like a happy place for them.

If the complex is closed then people were get upset .Children has no place to play outdoor games which is effect in his physcial health and their body Adults are also no way to going outside to walking due to traffiic .I hope you can understand our concern about the sport complex .
