Write a letter to the local council. In your letter

• give details of how you and your friends or family use the centre
• explain why the sports and leisure centre is important for the local community
• describe the possible effects on local people if the centre closes

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express the concern about closure of sports complex.

This sport complex is not just a place, it is emotion of local people . In this , we learned to play a various games. In summer, we organize here game night with our friends & family. The place has witnesed growing family and friend bond. Moreover, this is the only place in city which has the Olympic size pool. Some students of my school learned swimming here and they will appear for common wealth game selection.

This structure is here since my parents childhood. The sport is one kind of recreation activity. In recent era, it is necessary to keep up yourself physically fit. This can be done through either exercise or playing sport. As we have longer winters , it is not possible for people to do outdoor activities.

The closure of the complex might leave local people shattered. They might relocate to the other nearby towns, in order to get better facility.
