This club plays vital role as it includes sports club which provide a all the sports related activities to the children and young adults whereas the leisure centre helps to provides different access like swimming pool, gym and yoga classes which can be available to the different class of people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
You have addressed all three bullet points required by the task. You explained how you use the centre, why it is important, and the potential negative effects of its closure. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a local council. However, the development of your ideas is somewhat limited. For example, when discussing the effects of closure, you mention it would be a 'detrimental impact' but do not elaborate on specific consequences for the elderly or youth beyond a general statement. To reach a higher band, try to provide more concrete examples or specific details to support your arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is logically organised into clear paragraphs, each focusing on a specific aspect of the prompt. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Furthermore' and 'Lastly' to guide the reader. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing. For instance, the phrase 'as it connect each other' is slightly awkward and lacks a clear antecedent. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to the intended nouns would enhance the overall cohesion of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You have an adequate range of vocabulary to convey your message clearly. You use some relevant topic-specific terms like 'community events', 'annual functions', and 'leisure centre'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'spare time with friends' (should be 'spend time') and 'provides different access' (which is vague). Additionally, the phrase 'as we got notice' is slightly informal for a letter to a council. Expanding your vocabulary to include more precise collocations would help you achieve a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text. Examples include 'on behalf our community' (missing 'of'), 'since we are living' (should be 'since we have lived'), and 'it connect each other' (subject-verb agreement error). Additionally, 'Your Faithfully' is incorrect; it should be 'Yours faithfully'. While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and preposition usage will help improve your accuracy.
