To begin with, I and my friends and families are always using for birthday celebration, annual function of school and marraige function and many more activities celebrate in the centre. Also, sports and free time activities centre are more importance than anything else because all students are playing sports in winter season and also many of their friend are meeting their in the leisture time to do some activities so they can be fit and not wasting a time in other bad things.
Moreover, i requested you that if the centre will close so many people are loosing their jobs and income source are stop for them and also youngsters are getting bored and it will influence in bad way and hope they will not as much as fit than they are now. I think it will influence in bad way for area. Thank You.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three requested points: you describe family and friends using the centre for celebrations, explain its value for sport and leisure, and predict job losses and reduced fitness if it closes. These are relevant ideas, and the reader can understand your opposition to closure. However, some points are less fully developed than others. The examples of celebrations are specific, but the centre’s wider community role and the effects on local people are stated quite generally. For instance, explain who might lose access to affordable exercise or where young people could go instead. A clearer, more formal request to the council to keep the centre open would also make your purpose more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a recognisable structure, with an opening, a paragraph about current use and importance, and a final paragraph about possible consequences. Linking expressions such as “To begin with,” “Also,” and “Moreover” help signal the sequence of ideas. However, the progression is sometimes mechanical, and several points are crowded into long sentences, making relationships between ideas less clear. The shift from celebrations to students’ sports activities could be made more smoothly, and the final paragraph combines job losses, boredom, fitness, and a general effect on the area without clearly separating them. Use clearer paragraphing and connect each consequence to a specific group or outcome.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “sports,” “leisure,” “community,” “activities,” “jobs,” and “income source,” so the main message is understandable. There are also attempts to express consequences, such as “loosing their jobs” and “influence in bad way.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or repetitive, and some spelling errors reduce precision: “marraige,” “leisture,” and “loosing” are examples. Phrases such as “a requirement of local community centre” and “free time activities centre” do not express your meaning naturally. Build a more precise range for formal letters, especially for describing community services, access to exercise, and the social effects of closure.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional idea about what may happen if the centre closes. The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and punctuation make parts difficult to follow. For example, “I and my friends and families are always using” has an awkward subject and verb pattern, while “if the centre will close” uses an unsuitable tense after “if.” In “many people are loosing their jobs and income source are stop,” the clauses do not agree grammatically. Practise accurate conditional forms and divide long sentences into shorter, complete clauses; also check capitalisation of “I” and sentence endings.
