Student answer (Band 5.5)
Due to the advancement of technology everything will be changed drastically.Individuals feel that through the pictures it is very easy to understand the content which is convey .I also agree with this point of view and give reasons in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with the obvious benefit is the photo in newspapers and in television is easiest way to understand the content because of that people can easily connect with actual situation rather than words. In that way there is no need to read the whole paragraph to understand this news or story. Moreover present the effective picture on the screen reduces the number of misleading content through the words some time they did not understand the actual thing which is convey to the public but with the photo view they can get in touch so it is good way of entertainment to represent the pictorial views.
However for the children it is effective way to convince the children about the news because most of the children are not taking interest in upcoming issues so this is the best way to represent with picture story or news
In conclusion, I strongly believed that newspapers and stories are more attractive because of using large number of images and move effects. However, aiming to good watching and reading to pay attention on public perception.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear opinion, but it fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While the main argument is present, the supporting points are underdeveloped and lack specific examples or depth. The conclusion is somewhat disconnected from the main body, and the overall response feels rushed. To improve, you must expand on your arguments with concrete examples and ensure you meet the length requirement to allow for a full exploration of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression between ideas is often weak. While some cohesive devices like 'To begin with' and 'Moreover' are used, they are sometimes applied mechanically or incorrectly. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the connection between 'misleading content' and 'pictorial views' is difficult to follow. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear, singular focus will help the reader follow your argument more effectively.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for basic communication but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'move effects' instead of 'visual effects' or 'get in touch' used in an incorrect context. The repetition of basic words like 'content' and 'pictures' limits the sophistication of the writing. You should focus on learning synonyms and collocations related to media and communication to express your ideas more naturally and precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a limited range of grammatical structures, and the essay contains frequent errors in sentence construction, verb tense, and punctuation. For example, 'everything will be changed' is an inappropriate tense for a general statement, and 'which is convey' contains a grammatical error. Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper subject-verb agreement. While the meaning is usually understandable, the high frequency of errors causes some difficulty for the reader. Focusing on basic sentence structure and proofreading for subject-verb agreement would be a good starting point.
